Abhedya was born from the values I grew up with — discipline, duty, and respect for responsibility. Inspired by my father’s principles and a deep belief that protection is a sacred duty, I built Abhedya as more than a security agency. Guided by “Seva Paramo Dharma — Service is Our Supreme Duty,” every guard we deploy represents accountability, alertness, and integrity. This is not just a business to me — it is a promise to protect with honor, every single day.
Col. Nikhil Gajjar
Advisor and mentor
An alumnus of Fergusson College and NDA, Col. (Retd.) Nikhil served nearly 23 years in the Indian Army, including elite postings with 18 Maratha Light Infantry and 10 PARA (Special Forces). A veteran of high-altitude and counter-insurgency operations, he later dedicated his post-retirement years to supporting Army veterans, widows, and their families with employment and welfare assistance. Now based in Ahmedabad, he continues to contribute to society through mentorship and service.
Col. Surojit Sinha (Retd.)

A senior professional with 25+ years of distinguished service in the Indian Army, Col. Sinha brings deep expertise in security management, risk & threat assessment, and regulatory compliance across India and overseas. An alumnus of IIT Madras, he has held leadership roles as General Manager, Director, and Business Head in both defence and corporate sectors. His strengths span operations, logistics, supply chain, project management, and crisis handling, delivering results in complex, high-stakes environments with strategic clarity.
